Thirty Three Gracechurch Street

Icon's client on this project was Beam, part of Sector Light, a specialised marketing company delivering creative solutions in the world of property.

Beam fulfils the realization of the creative designer, in the branding of properties, marketing suites and major schemes. Icon was commissioned by Beam to convert their designs into physical displays, promoting the availability of prime commercial space in a property on Gracechurch Street, London.

The first phase of this project was the production and installation of two 4m high light-boxes with tensioned, printed fabric faces, using the new fabric_frame® display system, which Icon distributes exclusively in the UK. These provide a stunning entrance to this recently finished building and were the forerunner to the marketing launch within one of the empty floors.

The second phase of the project involved the production of graphic displays suitable for applying to a range of substrates, including metal floors, glass windows and painted walls, as well as installation of the displays on site.

Icon supplied two skilled applicators for the installation of the displays to work under the direction of the client, working together to establish the correct positioning of the displays. From the supply of artwork, Icon had less than 48 hours to deliver phase two from conception to completion, which was executed successfully and on-time.

Spacious, contemporary, professional yet approachable are words used to describe the commercial space available - characteristics which are all conveyed through the displays created by Icon.
